NHS Lincolnshire ICB

We were very grateful to be asked to deliver two MHFAiders® courses and four MHFA Champions courses across Lincolnshire’s 14 PCNs and their 81 GP Practices. These courses provided a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, each bringing their own experiences and perspectives to the training sessions. The enthusiasm and dedication of the participants were truly inspiring, as they actively engaged in discussions and activities designed to deepen their understanding of mental health.

The Safety Champion training is a worthwhile course with plenty of relevant content regarding vulnerable persons and what can be done to assist them if they find themselves needing help. Despite the solemn nature of some of the content Chris’s delivery is informative, entertaining and keeps attendees engaged while discussing some serious topics. We have put our staff on several similar courses and the feedback received about the Safety Champion training is by far the most positive.

Brilliant day, I learnt so much. Chris made the course both interesting and relevant and had such passion and enthusiasm throughout, he dealt with difficult topics so well, whilst ensuring that the course attendees were all kept 'safe'. The training was excellent, I had completed the course before and a recent refresher, but in the old format. This new format is much better as focus's more on the actual first aid element. Chris was a great instructor as well and very confident in his delivery.
